The hardest part of a rogaine is finding someone to run it.
It's a big job, and it usually lands on one volunteer, so people are wary of taking it on. Rogaine Planner puts the whole plan in one place, and lets someone who's done it before look over it and help keep it on track. A newer organiser can take it on without being on their own, and the plan stays in the app when they hand over.

Control collection
Organise control collection in one place.
You lay the course out in your mapping software, then bring it straight into Rogaine Planner. It imports the map, the controls and the descriptions from your KMZ or KML export. When it's time to pack up, split the controls between collectors and mark each one as it comes back, so you can see what's still out on the course.
On the day
Water and safety, tracked as it happens.
See how much water each point needs, what's been checked, and what's due next. Track which safety car is out and where it's gone. It's the schedule the day runs on, kept in the app instead of on a clipboard back at base.
